Read on for important information

Initially I will be running a reduced timetable of osteopathic appointments with no reception cover, so that there will only be one practitioner and one patient in the building at any given time.

Please wait in your car, or the car park area if on foot, and wait to be welcomed into the clinic when the treatment room is ready for you.

As there will be no reception cover, if I am not available to answer the phone immediately, please leave a voicemail and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Changes to make it safer for you to attend:

To make the practice easier to sanitise, we have replaced some chairs, removed the curtain in the changing area and decluttered surfaces. All of this makes it easier to wipe down, sanitise and clean.

Treatment tables, chairs, touchable surfaces, door handles and credit card machines will all be disinfected after each patient.

The toilet will be available, however, we would recommend going before you attend. The toilet will be sanitised after every use.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

I will be wearing a face mask and plastic apron and will either wear gloves or carry out an extensive hand-sanitising routine. You will be asked to wear a mask, so please bring your own, otherwise you will be provided one for a small charge.

Before you visit:

The day before you attend we will phone you to ask a few relevant questions. As you arrive your temperature will be taken and you will be asked to either sanitise your hands or wash them thoroughly.

Essentially these are small changes designed to safeguard you and all of our staff. You will find the practice a welcoming and self place to be. We would ask that you don't bring anyone with you into the clinic and to bring a minimum amount of items with you.

It is fabulous to be back in practice and a great privilege to be able to provide treatment and care to you all again.
